I didn’t realize that this product was packaged for outside use so it does cover a really good area it covered my backyard I don’t have a really big backyard but I still have some left over you can use it inside your home and it is very concentrated so I did dilute it and put it in a spray bottle and sprayed my kennel the floor threshold‘s carpet, it didn’t stain in my carpet but that’s not saying that it won’t stain in yours you just need to do it a little test but as far as I can tell we’re good to go I did buy the shampoo that’s from the same company and using the two together was amazing now the scent is kind of strong it’s not A bad smell it’s just strong but it does work my dogs happy

Great natural essential oils flea control. It kills on contact the flea that come in contact. The fleas were particularly bad this year. I applied the product on a daily basis and had good results

I connected my hose with the included excellently designed nozzle with ease. The smell is pleasant. Mechanically it must be one of the best fool-proof method of spraying without diluting the remaining solution and left for next useage. Will buy again and again.

Seems to have worked, not fully. But a lot less fleas now.

This was my first time using this product. I have almost an acre of property and the back yard is more than half of it. I had to take my puppy to the ER a few months ago because he had a bad case of constant diarrhea. Even though that was unfortunate, the ER vet was amazing and gave me all kind of tips for keeping my puppy/dog healthy. She, having seen the bad side of medications, did not recommend that I give my dog a pill for fleas and ticks; she said it’s much safer to either put a flea & tick collar on him, or to have my yard sprayed with something natural and non-toxic to dogs.

Having a friend that worked for a pest control company, he told me he could give me a great deal on his company’s pest control plan (like $400 for the year), but he said if it was his yard, he would buy something at Home Depot and do it himself, as it’s the same stuff and would be much cheeper to DIY. With that in mind, I looked at the stuff from Home Depot and then came to Amazon, as I always, do to compare. When I found this one it seemed good but I was leery after reading some of the negative reviews that said it didn’t work.

I figured for $10 why not try it out.

That being said, the day before spraying it, I was in my yard and the flies and mosquitos where just starting to take flight all around. It was awful. The next day (after reading the forecast to make sure it was not going to rain for a few days), I waited until just before dusk to spray it (so my puppy had gotten all his wiggles out in the yard already).

The 1 bottle pretty much covered my whole back yard (probably about a little more than half an acre). I loved the smell and had no reaction to it. The next day I took my puppy out in the yard and everyone noticed the mosquitos were gone!!! Totally gone, not one!! Nor any flies!!! The bees were still flying around unaffected—phew, and my puppy had no reaction to walking around on the treated grass (mind you it was about 16 hours later when he stepped foot in the back where I treated the ground). The plants and bushes where fine and the wild rabbits seemed fine too.

Furthermore, prior to me spraying, my dog brought in 2 ticks (that we know of), but since I spraying—about 2 weeks ago, there have been no tick sightings.

I’m not sure why this worked so well for my yard and yet has been no good for some people. I live in the North East of America and half of our yard is wooded.

For the price, if you are not sure that it’s going to work, I’d say it’s worth a try.

For me I’ve decided while it lasts 3 weeks I’ll probably treat my yard twice per month for easier remembering when to do it.

Personally, I’d only use this as preventative not to handle a bad infestation. I’m assuming the reviews on this are so high is because the ingredients in this is likely less toxic than other pesticides. I had very high expectations due to the reviews I read. To be fair, it does kill fleas that it comes in contact with but I can’t tell that it has any lasting effects. I have sprayed with this about 6 times but I put it in a separate sprayer to apply. I am diluting it about 10 to 20 times water which should be making it about 5 to 10% of the ingredients. I feel like this is more concentrated that hooking a hose would be. Also, I have sprayed more and more solution each time to ensure everything is coated with liquid. Each time I notice fleas are back the following day.
I doubted this was working at all so I put down a white board so I could see the fleas easily and sprayed them. I don’t know that it killed them all but many died on the board when I checked in 10 minutes or so. I don’t think it kills instantly but it seems to kill reasonably quick – I’d say a couple of minutes. Yesterday, I sprayed this and after about an hour I went back into yard with some white socks to check and there were fleas although they were significantly less. I went out again after maybe 4 hours and there were plenty more.
This might work if your flea issue isn’t too bad, but I definitely have too much of a flea issue for this stuff to handle effectively alone. I get not wanting to use harsher pesticides so your patience may be different. I am still spraying this since I still have some, but I’m adding it with other treatments too. I doubt I’d buy again to treat an infestation, but I might choose this to try to use as preventative.
